Bowers Box

BOWERS BOX

Part Number: BBFL

The Bowers Box Cable Fault Locator is used to find the location of electrical faults in EM Cables.

With this instrument you are able to easily pinpoint the area of an electrical fault in a cable while still on location, and determine if cutting back of the cable will clear the fault, or if the wireline truck needs to be relieved from its location.

The Bowers Box can be used on both mono and multi conductor EM cables, and an electrical fault can be located within ± 100 feet depending on the accuracy of the recorded length of the cable.

A simple control panel enables easy navigation for pinpointing the issues by connection to each end of the cable with the leads, and following the easy steps on the back of the instrument.
